We are Aqqo, a software company that supports and facilitates venue management. Our goal is to optimize processes and seamlessly connect them. Born out of technology and accountancy, our software has been honed over years of focused development.

With experience spanning over 60 municipalities, we've established domain expertise. Yet, we continue to challenge ourselves technically and personally. Our core values - innovation, collaboration, and service - have underpinned our success. Every day, we inspire and drive ourselves and our clients to reach their maximum potential. We unlock the digital doorway to enhanced hospitality, greater returns, and straightforward accounting. Rentals involve numerous tasks. We transform these tasks into integrated functionalities. Our software shines brightest when our clients need multiple integrations to optimize their processes.

Though it's typically user-friendly to install, our Customer Success team ensures integration, especially for those with multiple venues. We enable landlords to open the digital gateway to heightened hospitality, improved profits, and simple bookkeeping.

Our Origin

Our journey commenced in 2018 with the establishment of Accommodatiehuur. After clinching the Startup pitch at Universiteit Twente in 2019, our growth accelerated.

Our team expanded rapidly with interns transitioning to full-time roles and others joining in varied capacities. "Making mistakes is part of the learning curve" has been our mantra. We're a supportive team, believing in collaborative power. Our growth led us to our new office in Deurningen, Overijssel. Our first-ever client, sporthal Hoge Vonder in Deurningen, is now Aqqo's headquarters.

We are on a mission: to make location sustainably accessible. In today's age, sustainability is pivotal. We provide a seamless, secure rental solution, eliminating complications related to billing, availability, or access. Through our smart integrations, renting becomes a breeze. For instance, we integrate with various facility management systems to curb energy wastage and guarantee optimal amenities for renters.
